Thanks for visiting!
We are a family-owned microbrewery specializing in Belgian, English, and other European style beers brewed by Joe Pokropinski. You will often find our brew master visiting with customers in the tasting rooms, talking about his beer.
Joe began home brewing over 19 years ago, and his hobby quickly became an obsession! Joe's years of brewing experience, combined with his wife, Robyn's, business degrees and experience, led to the creation of Pokro Brewing Company. The name was derived from Joe's nickname in high school: Pokro, which is the shortened version of his last name of Pokropinski. In 2013, Joe and Robyn incorporated the business and began remodeling the 5,000 square foot building that would soon become the brewery and tasting room for Pokro Brewing Company. On February 13, 2015, the brewery held a soft opening for select family and friends, and on February 14, 2015, Pokro Brewing Company opened to the public.
Our front 2 tasting rooms offer a cozy, old-world European feel, while our back area offers a man-cave feel with jukebox, board games, giant Jenga, boards & bags, vintage multicade, & dartboard. Several of the tables in the front tasting rooms were built by Joe, who also hand-crafted the faux exposed brick.
Pokro Brewing Company offers a small food menu, featuring pierogi, tacos, fresh Polish sausage, appetizers, sandwiches, and Lady's Gourmet Popcorn. We host regular events, and can accommodate birthday parties & other celebrations. Patrons must be 21 or older with valid identification to visit us. The first Thursday of each month join us for a full Polish food menu during our Polish Night from 4pm until close.
We look forward to seeing you soon! Cheers!
